Politely is a private feedback tool that helps businesses hear directly from customers without the pressure of public reviews.

Customers scan your QR code or visit your unique Politely link. They leave feedback through a simple, guided chat. You'll receive it privately by email, and it will appear in your dashboard.

You can view all feedback in your Politely dashboard. Each submission is organized and easy to read so you can spot patterns, respond thoughtfully, and improve the customer experience.

If someone submits feedback through the webform, replies are not available right now. Once we're out of beta, the Politely app will let you respond directly to customer feedback from your dashboard.
